About MG
MG is famous for its two-seat open British sports cars, the most famous model being the MGB and the MGB Roaster. MG (originally Morris Garages founded in 1924), has achieved success in rally and motor racing since the 1930’s and re-launched their motor sport campaign in 2001.Today MG production and range includes sports cars, saloons and coupes, based on the originals of MG with influence of various owners of the MG marquee such as British Leyland, the Rover Group, British Aerospace, BMW, MG Rover Group and SAIS. MG produced an updated version of the MGB Roadster called the MG RV8 and in 2002 a revised MGF version known as MG TF was launched.
